Joni made this so easy for me. She is very reliable and accomodating. I gave her a picture of what I had in mind for the cake, and she did a BEAUTIFUL job of recreating it. The quality of the cake was outstanding, made from scratch.

Her prices are very fair, nearly half the cost of other DFW bakeries I checked into. I highly recommend her to any bride looking for a cut above the rest!

Thank you so much for the absolutely stellar job you did on my wedding. I never even dreamed the flowers would be that beautiful. They were so perfect. My bridesmaids were fighting over who got to keep what at the end of the wedding! I honestly could haven't asked for anything more.

Your idea of having the bridesmaids with different bouquets worked out wonderfully. The pictures looked great and everyone at the wedding thought it was the neatest idea.

The following note was written to a prospective bride who was seeking a reference for Bouquets of Elegance.

My daughter and I were THRILLED with the quality of work provided by Bouquets of Elegance for my daughter's wedding this past January.   We hired BoE to provide the flowers, cater the reception, and provide the wedding cake and Groom's cake.

Flowers:  We continue to receive compliments on how fresh the flowers were.   We also used BoE to freeze dry my daughter's bridal bouquet and mount inside a glass frame. Reception:

• The food was absolutely delicious, and Joni even packed a "going away" tray of food for my daughter and her husband as they left for their honeymoon.  Food at the reception was artfully arranged, fresh, and frequently replenished.
  
  
• We also served punch provided by BoE.  Drink glasses were continuously refilled by BoE's staff with punch (or ice water) for those that were not using the bartender.  We had to hire the bartender through the wedding chapel we used and, frankly, I wish we could have hired BoE to have been the bartender, too.
  
  
• The wedding and Groom's cakes looked gorgeous and tasted as good as they looked!  We froze some of both cakes so my son, who was in Afghanistan at the time, could enjoy his sister's wedding and Groom's cake the following month.  The cakes served at the end of February were as fresh as the day the day of the wedding!
  
  
• Table decorations were beautiful; they lent to the winter wonderland and snowflake theme my daughter chose.   Joni suggested we use glass bowls and put a pillar candle surrounded by blue colored glass pebbles.  She then placed individual votive snowflake candle holders around the bowl, and sprinkled iridescent snowflakes around everything.  The effect was stunning!

BoE's staff were efficient, pleasant, and courteous.   They continually removed plates from tables, refilled glasses, replenished food with an ever present smile on their faces!

Bottom line: Joni is awesome to work with:  I highly recommend her!   We always felt we could call on Joni at any time to answer a question, make a suggestion, or calm one very frazzled Bride's nerves!  (Mother of the Bride was always calm, cool, and collected, LOL!!)  I feel BoE's fees were reasonable and money well spent!    I feel confident you will be as happy and pleased with Joni and BoE as we were: I plan on using Bouquets of Elegance when the need for their services arises again.
